Shipping policy

 

1. DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Products offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Canada only, excluding Quebec. We do not ship outside of Canada at the moment.

2. SHIPPING TIME
Orders are typically delivered within 3–9 business days from the date of shipment. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on orders of $25 or more. Orders under $25 are subject to a standard shipping rate of $10.

4. TAX
Sales tax is charged according to the province or region of the delivery address.

5. INCORRECT ORDERS / DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event an order arrives with incorrect or damaged items, please Contact Us. We will resolve the issue promptly. Please also refer to our Refund Policy.
